Etymology
Phyllocladus refers to ‘leaf branch’; indicating its foliage are phylloclades (branches that took over leaf function).
aspleniifolius refers to ‘Asplenium foliage’; indicating its leaves resembles that of the fern Asplenium ruta-muraria.
